#RollyPH leaves 16 casualties, 3 missing in Bicol Region

The Office of the Civil Defense (OCD) Region 5 recorded 16 casualties, and 3 missing in the Bicol Region in the aftermath of Super Typhoon “Rolly”.

According to the OCD, 10 of the confirmed casualties are from Albay while 6 are from Catanduanes. – PTV News
