Day 2 of the Senate hearing on the GCTA revealed that the processing of Antonio Sanchez’s release has been put on hold despite records showing he has been cleared under the GCTA Law. Bureau of Corrections Chief Nicanor Faeldon admitted he, himself, thought that Sanchez was not entitled and halted the processing of the release of the former mayor.
