Senate to start investigation on PhilHealth irregularities next week

The Senate will start its investigation on the alleged corruption at the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) next week.

Senate President Vicente Sotto III and Senator Panfilo Lacson initially filed a resolution to investigate the alleged corruption in the said agency. Sotto ensured that social distancing will be implemented for those who will attend the hearing.

The investigation aims to implement the law which is PhilHealth’s foundation. – PTV News
