Serbisyo Caravan rolled in Barangay Mampang, Zamboanga City

More than a thousand residents of Barangay Mampang, Zamboanga City benefited from Serbisyo Caravan which extended to them various services by the different arms of the government. The Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor spearheaded the event in keeping with its objective, that is, to help 59 urban poor communities in the entire Philippine archipelago.
