Skyway stage 3 already 75 percent finished

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) announced that the Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 (MMSS-3) is 75% complete. The toll-road is an extension of the existing Skyway that would connect South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) in Buendia Makati City to North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) in Balintawak, Quezon City. Metropolitan Manila traffic is expected to ease up once MMSS-3 partially opens on December.
