DAVAO CITY–The SM Development Corp. (SMC) will launch this month its residential condominium here, the company’s first real estate project in Mindanao.
SM Lanang mall manager Jonathan Nick Santos said Thursday the condominium project will be located next to the premier mall in Lanang, this city.
The project will consist of eight towers, with each tower having 13 floors, for a total of 3,000 units.
“The timing is right to start our first real property project, the Lane Residences,” Santos said.
He said the project will start this month, adding that the construction of the Lane Residences will be the first of several other projects in Davao.
“We are all excited for what is in store within the year,” he said, declining to reveal further details of the Lane Residences and other future projects. (Digna Banzon/PNA)
