Southwest monsoon brings rains in Luzon Tuesday

MANILA — The southwest monsoon will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over most parts of Luzon Tuesday.

In its 4 a.m. forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the provinces of Zambales and Bataan will experience monsoon rains while Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas and the rest of Central Luzon will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will have isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 25-32 degrees Celsius, Baguio City 16-23 degrees Celsius, Metro Cebu 26-32 degrees Celsius, and Metro Davao 25-31 degrees Celsius.
