The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has approved the special permits of over 900 public utility buses following the holiday season. The move was in line with its “Oplan Biyaheng Ayos-Pasko 2019” that aims at assisting people whom are retreating to their provinces amid the occasion. The agency assured that the buses underwent the necessary inspection process.
