Strong condo sales seen to boost DMCI Homes income this year

The property arm of DMCI Holdings, Inc. has posted a net income of PHP2.488 billion for the first six months of the year, higher than the PHP1.759 billion recorded for the same period last year.

DMCI President Alfredo Austria attributed the strong reservation sales of DMCI Homes residential projects to the positive feedback of satisfied clients.

“We’d like to think we have gained a strong following because of our track record of building homes that are of high-quality and value for money. Our clients really feel that they made the right decision in investing in DMCI Homes,” Austria said.

“For us, it has always been about whether we are making our customers happy. With the consistent strong sales of our projects, we feel this is bearing fruit for the company,” he added.

Intended for up and coming urban dwellers and young families, the 51-level residential tower along West Capitol Drive offers a mix of spacious two-bedroom and three-bedroom units ranging from 52 to 81 square meters. The units are priced at PHP7.14 million onwards.
