NLEX Corporation held a groundbreaking ceremony to launch the Subic Freeport Expressway (SFEx) expansion project. The extension aims to improve road safety and cut travel time from an hour to 10 minutes from the SFEx to Subic Freeport. The PhP1.6-billion-project is an 8.2-kilometer stretch which includes new additions of two roads, two bridges and a tunnel.
