Typhoon Henry infra damages estimated at P61-M

The infrastructure damages due to Typhoon Henry has already reached P61 million. 

A total of seven roads and one bridge including the Bambanay bridge in San Juan, La Union, Tagudin Cervantes road in Ilocos Sur, and Bontoc-Mainit Masia-Duagan, Calacaban in Mt. Province, and Lamut-Ambiong in Benguet were damaged and were closed following intense rains.

Meanwhile, one fatality was confirmed in Ilocos Norte due to drowning.

Based on the latest monitoring of Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), a storm may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

The tropical storm has a wind strength of 65 kilometers (km) per hour and gustiness up to 80 km per hour.

It was last seen moving 1,430 km east of Northern Luzon, and moving southwestward at 10 km per hour.
