Over PHP800 million agricultural resources have been destroyed by typhoon Tisoy, said the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC). Heavily torn areas were Mimaropa and Bicol Region. Deaths, per the Philippine National Police, have gone up to 17, though this information is still being validated by the NDRRMC. 34 people were injured, while structural damages include 8,000 impaired houses and 100 defaced schools. To date, there are 80 families staying in evacuation centers.
