Only one out of 17 takers passed the Real Estate Consultant Licensure Examination given last December and January, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Tuesday, Jan. 17.
Ma. Dani Vi Patal Edrad from the University of the Philippines Diliman was the lone passer of the licensure exam.
According to PRC, the written examinations were conducted in Manila and Cebu on Dec. 7, 2022, while a revalida or revalidation of results was held Jan. 9 to 13.
The results were released two working days after the last day of examination.
