UPCA results out on May 31

The University of the Philippines (UP) said that it will release the results of its college admission test for academic year (AY) 2022-2023 on Tuesday, May 31.

In an advisory, UP advised applicants to make sure that the email address they used in the application portal is “active, can be accessed, and is able to send and receive new emails.”

“If the email address is no longer accessible, please email your concern at [email protected].”

For two consecutive years, UP suspended the UP College Admission Test (UPCAT) due to “the uncertain trajectory and uneven spread of COVID-19” in the country.

UP instead administered UPCA, an admission test based on the applicant’s rank, campus quota, and/or cut-off grade.

Other universities such as Ateneo de Manila University, De La Salle University, and University of Santo Tomas also suspended their own annual college entrance examinations for AY 2022-2023. – ag
