– Dagupan City – All levels, both public and private schools, and government offices
– Tuguegarao City – All levels, both public and private schools starting 12nn
Province:
– Bulacan – Provincial government offices, except health, disaster management and similar services
Schools:
– UP Diliman – Classes and offices from 12nn, except health service (PGH and other health care units), security and police, communications, waste management, and similar units
– Lyceum of the Philippines University – Manila – Classes and offices
– Far Eastern Univesity (FEU) – All classes and offices
