Following the setback between House Committee on Appropriations Chairperson Isidro Ungab and House Deputy Speaker Luis Raymund Villafuerte, government agencies are set to submit their respective written presentations for the budget hearing. After helping clarify issues between the two lawmakers, House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano assured that there shall be transparency in reviewing the proposed 2020 national budget.
