4 suspects in Basilan killing surrender

Four suspects that killed one military officer, two militiamen and one civilian in Tipo-Tipo, Basilan have surrendered to the 4th Special Forces Battalion in Isabela City.

According to Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Western Command Spokesperson Major Arvin Encinas, the 4 suspects who are members of the barangay peacekeeping action team have also surrendered 4 high caliber guns and ammo. The attack allegedly started due to a personal grudge between the two. – PTV News
