Joint elements of CITF and PNP IG conducted entrapment operation in front of Daddy’s Restaurant, 101 MS Florendo BLDG Abanao, Brgy Azco, Baguio City that resulted to the arrest of PLt. Col. Allan Docyogen, assigned in Baguio City Police Office as Chief, Intelligence Unit after receiving the marked money amounting to 50,000 pesos from the complainant.
The operation stemmed from a complaint received by CITF thru telephone call that a certain PLt. Col. Docyogen was demanding 200,000 pesos from the complainant after he was arrested by the personnel of CIU , Baguio CPO by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Lucena City RTC for Robbery in exchange for not being arrested again for his other crimes and not being killed by the said PCO.
Accordingly, the initial payment amounting to 47,000 was handed to the subject PCO last April 12, 2019 and agreed that the remaining balance will be given today April 15, 2019 but was reduced to 50,000 pesos.
Arrested suspect is now under custody of CITF for filing of appropriate charges.
