MANILA — A ridge of a high pressure area, characterized by a mass of cool dry air that generally brings fair weather and light winds, is affecting Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geographical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Thursday.
In its 4 a.m. forecast, PAGASA said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.
Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 26-34 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 26-36 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 18-27 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 27-34 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao 26- 34 degrees Celsius.
