MANILA — The southwest monsoon or habagat continues to affect extreme northern Luzon on Wednesday.

In its 4 a.m. forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorm Wednesday.

Moderate to strong wind from the southwest will cause moderate to rough coastal waters. The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds coming from south to southwest that will produce slight to moderate coastal waters, PAGASA said.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 27-33 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 24-36 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 16-24 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 24-32 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao 24-32 degrees Celsius.
