Sinimulan na ng Senado ang public hearing ukol sa isinusulong na Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression (SOGIE) Equality Bill. Ayon kay Senator Bong Go, maglalabas si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ng isang Executive Order para magtatag ng LGBTQIA + (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning, Intersex, and Asexual or Allied) Commission.
