Sen. Sotto suggests BuCor revamp to President Duterte

Senate President Tito Sotto suggested the revamp of the entire officialsom of the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) including its Chief Nicanor Faeldon. This, after his signature allegedly appeared on the release order of convicted rapist-murderer ex-Mayor Antonio Sanchez who was not supposed to qualify under the Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) Law.
