“Napakalaki nito. In less than 3 months alone ay ito ang aming na-accomplish in so far as ‘yong mga violators sa online selling. Ito ‘yong mga medical supplies related to the COVID-19 (This is so huge. In less than 3 months alone this is what we have accomplished on violators on online selling. These are medical supplies related to COVID-19),” PBGEN. Edwin Balles of CIDG said.
Most of the activities caught by the CIDG are related to overpriced goods and products considered as essential amid the ongoing pandemic. There are also instances when online buyers receive items different from what was presented on social media sites.
