200 more businesses temporarily closed due to COVID-19

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has stated that there are 200 more businesses temporarily closed due to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.

In total, there are more than 3,000 businesses that have temporarily closed since January. Around 2.7 million workers are affected by the pandemic.

Sec. Bello hopes that Congress can make a way to assist workers gravely affected by the health crisis. – PTV News
