JTF COVID Shield starts draft on guidelines for the barangay-level quarantine

The Joint Task Force (JTF) COVID Shield has started to draft uniformed guidelines in dealing with the pandemic for the barangay-level quarantine.

According to JTF COVID Shield Commander Police Lieutenant General Guillermo Eleazar, among the proposals include the prohibition of huge gatherings in celebration of birthdays and other occasions as well as drinking alcohol in the streets.

Each barangay will have quarantine rules supervisors or Philippine National Police (PNP) COVID Focal Persons who will ensure the strict implementation of the quarantine protocols.
