BOC confiscates P3.4-M worth of misdeclared goods

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) has confiscated an estimate of Php 3.4 million worth of imported cigarettes, carrots and surplus clothing from China.

The cargoes have arrived at the Manila Port Area on different dates and were halted after finding agricultural products in the cargo. The products were labelled as frozen pastry buns.

The cargo containing the carrots were named under Real Mart while the surplus clothing were meant for Bayford Marketing.
