NLEX permit suspension in Valenzuela lifted

The toll holiday in Valenzuela City is now over following the lifting of the suspension of the business permit of NLEX Corporation on Wednesday noon.

The NLEX also adopted the recommendation of the Valenzuela government to lift the barriers in toll plazas after Mayor Rex Gatchalian compared the cashless transaction in the Philippines with other countries.

There will be no barriers in toll plazas in Valenzuela from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. only. It will be placed back from 10:01 p.m. to 4:59 a.m.

NLEX also vowed to the local government to complete its upgrade on its system and account management before January 30 to resolve problems concerning load. – Report from Karen Villanda
