NCCA accepting research grant proposals until June 30

The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) is calling for proposals for research grants until June 30 in a bid to support utilization and dissemination of research outputs on culture and the arts. 

The NCCA listed the following research award for individuals and grants for organizations with outstanding projects to be implemented from January 1 to October 31, 2022:

  •     Research Award for an Individual (regular) – PhP 300,000.00
  • Research Award for an Organization (regular) – PhP 500,000.00
  • Community Research (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao) – PhP 500,000.00
  • Ph.D. Dissertation Award – PhP 150,000.00
  •     MA Thesis Award – PhP 75,000.00 

The research agenda includes Philippine Creative Industries, Innovation and New Technologies in the Arts, Audience Reception Studies and Audience Analyses, Local Histories, Transmission Practices, among others. The full agenda can be viewed at the http://bit.ly/NCCAResearchAgenda.
