Fair weather to prevail across PH for 3-5 days

MANILA – Generally fair weather will prevail across the country in the next three to five days, the weather bureau said Friday, April 22.

“Because of the easterlies, warm and humid weather will be experienced across the country. Fair weather will prevail over the next three to five days as we do not see a low pressure area (LPA) that may develop,” Ezra Bulquerin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

Luzon will experience fair weather with isolated rain showers on Friday.

Tuguegarao and Laoag’s temperatures may reach up to 34 °C; up to 33 °C in Puerto Princesa; and up to 32 °C in Metro Manila, Legazpi, and the Kalayaan Islands.

Surigao del Sur and Davao Region will have scattered rains most likely for the next two days due to the easterlies, Bulquerin added.

“The rest of the Visayas and Mindanao will have fair weather with isolated rain showers likely in the afternoon or evening,” he said.

Zamboanga’s temperature may reach up to 34 °C; Iloilo up to 33 °C; Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, and Davao temperatures up to 32 °C.

Meanwhile, the whole country’s wind and sea coastal water condition will be light to moderate. (PNA)-ngs
