8 dead in UP campus fire

At least eight people died when a fire broke out in a residential area in Village A, Barangay UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City on Monday morning, May 2.

The blaze, which razed over 80 houses, was first reported at 5:20 a.m. It was declared fire out at 7:00 a.m.

Around 250 families were reportedly affected by the fire.
