A day after election day and trailing big in the official and partial result, presidential hopeful Vice President Leni Robredo will mount a thanksgiving event on Friday, May 13.

In a statement on Tuesday, May 10, Robredo said there will be a thanksgiving gathering on Friday to thank those who supported and helped her campaign.

Robredo added that they are also studying reports of alleged poll irregularities.

Robredo is currently trailing former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. by at least 16 million votes.

Her running mate, Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan will also join the event.

Walang iwanan,” Pangilinan said.

He likewise thanked their volunteers who “did not hesitate to share their time, skills, and resources.”

– ag
