NHA distributes 48 housing units to ex-rebels

The National Housing Authority (NHA) distributed a total of 48 housing units to families of former rebels in San Mariano, Isabela.

Each housing unit has a 28.4 sqm. floor area and 70 sqm. lot area.

NHA General Manager Joeben Tai led the distribution of the housing units as part of the NHA’s Peace-Building Program that will give homes and hopes to rebels that have surrendered to the government.

Tai said in his message that the NHA is an ally of the government in implementing national peace through their housing projects under the Build Better and More (BBM) Housing Program. 

“The NHA will continue to collaborate with various government agencies and above all, with local government units, so that we can continue to deliver our mandate to the Filipino people,” he said.

The distribution and event was also led by NHA Region 2/CAR 2 Manager Engr. Ferdinand C. Sales, and was attended by government officials in the area. – Katrina Gracia Consebido-ag
