If you want to track how many of the 83 Philippine provinces have you visited already, well, there’s a website for that.

Created by Denz, a Filipino software engineer currently based in Singapore, the website application aims to help one visualize how well-traveled they are in the Philippines.

Denz, however, shared that of 83 provinces, he only visited 62.

The project was made through computer program ReactJS and also used artificial intelligence-powered chatbot ChatGPT.

The map is divided into the 83 Philippines provinces, users will only have to click on a province and choose the appropriate level of travel.

Each travel represents: “Lived there” or spent a significant portion of their lives in that area; “Stayed there” or slept at least a night in that area; “Visited there” or spent some hours exploring the area; “Alighted there” or just dropped off for a short stopover, layover, or transfer.

There are also “Passed there” or just passed by that area but did not set foot and lastly, and “Never been there” where Denz noted that “you need to travel there soon.”

The total score, including the image, may be saved and shared on social media platforms.

Denz said he is also open to comments and contributions to the project. –ag
