Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated showers or thunderstorms are expected over Metro Manila and most parts of the country on All Souls’ Day, the weather bureau said Thursday.

Meanwhile, the shear line affecting the eastern sections of Northern Luzon and Central Luzon will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over the provinces of Batanes, Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 4:00 a.m. weather bulletin.

On the other hand, the northeast monsoon or “amihan” affecting the rest of Northern and Central Luzon will bring cloudy skies with rains over the rest of Ilocos Region, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley region.

Northern and Central Luzon will have moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters, while the rest of the archipelago will have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.
