Landbank branches extend banking hours after ATM troubles on Friday

MANILA — Branches of state-owned Land Bank of the Philippines (Landbank) will be operating until 6pm Friday, July 20, after depositors encounter day-long problems with its automated teller machines (ATMs).

In an advisory, the bank said Landbank account holders may deposit and withdraw funds over-the-counter at their respective branch of account. “We apologize for the inconvenience as Landbank ATMs and electronic banking channels are still unavailable,” it said.

“Rest assured that we are exhausting all efforts to address the problem and restore service as soon as possible,” it added. (PNA)
