MANILA — Floods were reported in parts of Metro Manila early Monday due to continuous rains caused by the southwest monsoon enhanced by Typhoon “Maymay”.

In an advisory, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said flooding was reported in the following areas as of 4:50 a.m.:

  • R. Papa both bounds – Knee deep. Not passable to light vehicles
