5 players in tight race for PBA Best Import

MANILA — Five imports are involved in a close race for the PBA Governors’ Cup Best Import award.

Based on their statistics after the elimination round, Alaska’s Mike Harris, Ginebra’s Justin Brownlee, Phoenix’s Eugene Phelps, NLEX’s Allen Durham, and reigning Best Import Allen Durham of Meralco are just separated from each other by at most four statistical points (SPs).

Harris leads the race with 60.4 SPs followed by Brownlee with 59.1.

Phelps is in third with 58.0 SPs, while Fuller is not far behind with 57.4 and Durham is on 56.2.

The Aces, the Barangay, the Fuel Masters, the Road Warriors, and the Bolts clinched spots in the quarterfinals, although the Road Warriors already bowed out after a loss to the Barangay on Tuesday night. (Ivan Stewart Saldajeno/PNA)
