Scattered rain, thunderstorms Tuesday due to easterlies

MANILA—Scattered rain showers is expected in some parts of the country Tuesday due to easterlies.

In its 4 a.m. forecast, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the provinces of Samar, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, including Polilio Island, and the Bicol Region would be cloudy with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country would have cloudy conditions with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Winds would be moderate from the east over the northern and eastern sections of Luzon where coastal waters would be moderate.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 23-33; Tuguegarao City 22-33; Baguio 14-25; Metro Cebu 25-31; and Metro Davao 25-34
