The northeast monsoon or “amihan” will continue to bring cloudy skies and rain showers in most parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila, on Friday.

Other affected areas include Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, and Ifugao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said in its 4 a.m. weather bulletin.

Localized thunderstorms will dampen Palawan, the Visayas, and Mindanao.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms are expected in these areas. (PNA)
