Aurora province suspends classes due to typhoon ‘Karding’

The provincial government of Aurora announced class suspension for Monday, Sept. 26, due to Typhoon “Karding.”

According to the latest weather forecast of Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), “Karding” is moving 285 kilometers east of Infanta, Quezon and will likely be a super typhoon.

Typhoon “Karding” will make landfall in the northern portion of Quezon or the southern portion of Aurora on Sunday night, Sept. 25.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 is currently raised in the province of Aurora.
