In celebration of the International Museum Day, the Ayala Museum is offering free admission on May 20.

The public is invited to register on May 19 at 3:00 p.m. Reservations are limited to two per person.

“Check your email to confirm the timeslot you have registered. If you are 10 minutes late, your slot will be given to someone else. It is best to maximize the two hour time slot by planning which galleries you prefer to spend more time,” Ayala Museum reminded.

The museum’s management also encouraged the public to wear comfortable clothes.

“The main lobby can accommodate a certain number of guests. You may be asked to line up outside the museum while waiting for your turn. Choose clothes that are ideal for the hot weather,” it added.

The Ayala Museum also reminded visitors to present the email confirmation and bring a valid ID to claim their ticket.

Established in 1967, Ayala Museum houses archaeological, ethnographic, historical, fine arts, numismatics, and ecclesiastical exhibits.

Held annually on or around May 18, International Museum Day highlights the contribution museums make to society and discover the treasures they hold.
