Catanduanes province informs on its preps against typhoon Tisoy

The Provincial Government of Catanduanes shares its status and precautionary measures following the upcoming wrath of typhoon Tisoy. Currently, signal number three was raised in the province although Tisoy does not yet show completely its strength. The different municipalities there implement forced evacuation, raising the number of evacuees to more than 9,000.
