MANILA – The northeast monsoon affecting northern and central Luzon and the easterlies affecting the rest of the country will cause isolated rain showers on Tuesday (Nov.23), the weather bureau said.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Sunday (Nov. 21) said cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will prevail over the eastern section of Southern Luzon due to shear line, also known as the tail-end of the frontal system.
The northeast monsoon or amihan and the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will bring rain showers across Luzon and the Zamboanga Peninsula, the weather bureau said Wednesday (Nov. 17).
Northern Luzon will have cloudy skies with light rains due to a shear line or tail end of a frontal system, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Sunday (Nov. 14).
