MANILA – Former Vice President and broadcast journalist Noli de Castro has withdrawn his bid for a Senate seat in next year's elections, saying he has had a change of plans.
As of the last day of filing for certificate of candidacy (COC) with the Commission on Elections (Comelec), a total of 29 individuals have submitted their COC for the position of vice president.
