A low pressure area (LPA) last tracked 1,070 kilometers east of northeast Mindanao will likely enter the Philippine area of responsibility within the day, the weather bureau said Monday, July 17.
The southwest monsoon (habagat) continues to affect the country on Sunday, July 16, even as Tropical Storm “Dodong” is already outside the Philippine area of responsibility.
