The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) has set a deadline on December for all government agencies to submit their citizen’s charter in accordance with the newly-enhanced Law of Ease of Doing Business. The ARTA will also be looking into agencies that have the most number of complaints from the public due to delayed transactions.
