Cloudiness, isolated rains over PH on Wednesday

By Ma. Cristina Arayata | Philippine News Agency

MANILA — Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will continue to prevail over most parts of the archipelago due to localized thunderstorms, the weather bureau said on Wednesday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) added that the frontal system affecting northern Luzon will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Cagayan Valley.

Flash floods or landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, light to moderate winds will blow over the whole country with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
