DILG survey: 3 out of 10 MM residents prepared to receive COVID-19 vaccine

A survey conducted by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) revealed that only 3 out of 10 individuals in Metro Manila are prepared to receive the vaccine against the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

The survey further showed that only 20 to 30% of National Capital Region (NCR) residents are prepared to get vaccinated.

DILG Undersecretary Epimaco Densing III stated that they will not force anyone. Instead they will work hard to convince the public on the importance of the vaccine. The DILG initially disclosed that it aims to vaccinate 80% of Metro Manila’s population against COVID-19. -PTV News
