DOTr’s ‘Hatid Estudyante’ program now on its 4th batch

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has transported more than 500 stranded students to their respective provinces under its “Hatid Estudyante” program and is currently on its 4th batch.

(So we started to transport individuals from Nueva Ecija, there are students from Cebu who went to CDO, and there are students who hail from CARAGA whom we sent home to their province. We transported them back so they can be with their families.)” DOTr Asec. Banoy Lopez stated.

He added that the “Hatid Estudyante” program will continue until all students who enrolled in the program have been returned to their hometowns.
