The rescue teams in the Province of Cagayan continue their rescue operations in the area, following the intensifying flood there brought about by typhoon Ramon. On the plus side, there were no recorded casualties. The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council now determines the cost of infrastructural and agricultural damage in the province.
